Quick honest work. But very expensive. I had had the same work done on 3 other GM vehicles, and it cost me 200$ more here. But its location is convenient. |

Great job on the flat tire. You didn't put the spare back properly so it has been rattling around in the back for a week. I'll have to pull it out and put it back in properly. |

They gave me decent service, and told me ahead of time what the cost was for the parts and labour before proceeding which I really appreciate. The only issue was waiting around for hours and hours to get the part they needed to fix my car in, again I understood but doesn't help me out. I'm also having the issue again with my headlights and hoping they'll fix, again... |

I was quoted $4000 for repairs here and got it done for $1500 at another shop. |

Encouraged to pay for diagnosis, and when I asked what the diagnosis was afterwards there was very little done outside of what I said was wrong. Discovered two broken clips in cowling after work was done at this shop. |
|
The cost for a diagnosis/overview was far too high compared to other auto service shops. |

Untrustworthy and will take advantage of you. I got my car inspected here as it had been idling funny for a while and then was running quite loudly (had driven it on rough roads). I was charged way too much to even have it inspected (From what I can remember it was $200-$300)...Then I get a call, 15 mins before they closed (so I couldn't pick my car up) and they told me it was going to cost me $3000 to do the repairs on a car that cost me $2000. I told him to wait to do the work and I needed to think about it and he told me my car wasn't operable and it wouldn't be safe to drive and wouldn't be available for pickup until the next day. I called him back the next morning and asked him if he thought it was worth doing the work or if I should just sell it for parts. He told me I should get the work done and either sell it or keep driving it and I wouldn't get any money for parts and wouldn't be able to drive it as is. I then decided to get a second AND third opinion and paid for the overpriced inspection and took my car back. Turns out I only needed a new belt ($55) and a quick welding job (under $50). SO I nearly spent $3000 on work that was NOT necessary. I think they took advantage of me because I am a young female who came in alone. Not trust worthy and clearly just want to make $$. |

Had an oil change and inspection of vehicle. Upon receipt of my vehicle oil was not on dipstick and the inspection paperwork was weak and had far less information than they had talked on phone. Why do an inspection and withhold information. Friendly service but obviously not the service i expected when paying for it. |

Went for an out of province inspection and got quoted 1000 dollars more than a trusted mechanic. These guys are just trying to make a quick buck. |
